I’ve been surrounded by bluetooth tech for years, from my dad’s Jawbone to my family in Vietnam using it to transfer ringtones to their phones, but it never occured to me to ever attempt to connect my phone to my computer ( I know.. I’m ashamed I haven’t really tried it out). That is, until my brother came back from his trip in Italy, having filled my phone with photos (as well as suspending my phone for attempting to load youtube videos on a free phone.)
Now that I’ve finished the transfer of images to my laptop, I’ll allow you guys to bask in the glory of real Italian pizza:
Nummeh
Ironically, I think this phone is a little bit better at taking steady pictures than the iPhone 3GS (iPhone 4 is a completely different story). Well I have an easier way to load images into blog posts I guess.
On a completely different vein, I have mastered how to make tasty Korean instant noodles. The trick is to actually cook them hahaha. My mother and little brother have been just filling their bowls with hot water. Microwaving makes the noodles really yummy.
Anyways, I’m going to fill the rest of this post with a pic of me taken from my phone. Summer is fun, but at the same time dreadfully boring (as in way too relaxing!). Hopefully that’ll turn around next week. ;D
As a random note… Wait a second. I recognize something… My brother is wearing my shirt in that pizza picture!! What the…. Okay then…
The evil blurry effect strikes back
Those Swedish are clever, clever people, making us go through their entire inventory before we can be free from their clutches. However, most of the people who lurk into their dominion fail to escape, finding a quirky reason to buy a thing or two. Not to mention the evil wall of clocks:
Okay… Not really an evil wall of clocks.
My mom and I, in our quest for searching for items that will be integrated into my new dorm room, took the risk and decided to venture in the giant Ikea store in Palo Alto. We were nearly drawn to the allure of the items, and we nearly left the building with some bed sheets and a cute little mouse night light. However, logic prevailed and we did not buy anything except for the damned delicious Ikea food. xD But we do plan to buy many things once I’m in Canada. The End.
Changing the topic to something entirely different, I also decided to paint my nails in orange and pink after washing too many dishes with hot water hahaha xP.
I really do love OPI colors.
Sorry for the bad image quality, but I can’t find my camera and have realized how much easier it is for me just to take pictures from a camera phone or my laptop. Over and out.

To be more accurate, the power of asian tea. Tea really keeps me going when I’m tired and worn out. It’s my version of coffee, sinc I just can’t stand the bitterness. The bottle I’m holding is just amazing. It tastes similar to the tea they use at Tapioca Express. Just mix it with some milk and sugar, and you got yourself some milk tea. Another way of having it is with mango juice. Tea isn’t just tasty, it also has many health benefits, ranging from anti-cancer to even anti-venom effects! This particular type of tea I’m holding, as well as other bottled teas, is pretty bitter and can keep you awake for quite awhile. If you aren’t in it for the caffeine kick, I recommend that you dilute it with some water. The tea I’m holding is Hey-Song Camellia Green Tea, and is sugar free. You can get it at many Asian supermarkets. Just look around, and make sure to get a full bag of them! From what my mom has said, they are selling out fast!
As for the blog itself, I’ve been working on a new header image which will translate into a new layout. Here’s what I have going. Thoughts? Ideas? Click the thumbnail to view it!
My summer is coming along great. With less than a month till college move out, I can’t help but feel a little nervous yet am still very excited. I’m actually going to update this blog. This time, it’s for real.
Oh dear, I only have 20 minutes left till the end of my birthday. I had an awesome dinner with family, followed by a hysterical show watching Conan O’Brien. He’s great. I’d be slightly more reflective, but I’m just overwhelmed.
I guess I’ll update a lot more once I find that camera of mine.
Yes. I’m 18. Which means I’m barely legal. I can drink in Quebec now!
Here’s a slightly devious picture to fill some space haha.

It’s already summer! I can’t believe my last post was nearly 4 months ago. I’ve gotten into college, graduated, gone to Malaysia and am now bumming for the summer. Feels so unbelievable. I’d post more right now, but I guess I need to find my camera first. I promise I’ll post regularly!
So here I am, flipping through several blogs, and then something suddenly pops up in my head. Personally, I guess I’ve been writing rather shallow posts that seem to sound like a teen whining about life. Oh dear. Well, looks like I need to think a little bit harder with each of my posts in order to make it a little more an interesting read. My mom won’t stop being paranoid that colleges are reading this, even as I type… Well anyways, I’ve been feeling unsatisfied with my posts throughout this year and I guess rather than just wander around and talk about my days in a concrete manner, I should maybe take that extra step and add in something slightly more abstract. Hopefully this will get somewhere and turn this blog into something I look forward to updating, rather than being forgotten to the massive flow of the internet. Well, time to walk the walk and try to reach this goal. I’ll be writing up a post tonight.
