Homecoming Week 2009

Oh my gosh it’s a triple post! It’s mostly since I don’t think frillies really mesh with football, and I was unable to make this post earlier since I was at school without the Nikon to upload images from. Get ready for the impending image and video post!

This year’s theme was the elements.

Freshmen were earth, Sophomores air, Juniors water, and us Seniors fire. Each day was a dress up day for each class, and also a spirit event based on the classes’ element. I was busy eating lunch and doing HW, so I didn’t have a chance to take pictures of everything.

Monday was spent oggling at the eagles. Also, we had teachers jump into the pool with their clothes on. :D Credits to Chris for the pics… I left my magical camera at home that day. D:

Wednesday was really the big Kahuna day before Friday. Not only was it the day of Synchronized swimming, but it was also the day that BMX riders came with their epic in half pipe of win. It was pretty crazy that day, since Xbox also stopped by with some games and consoles. How fun. Anyways, here is the senior synchronized swimming.

Thursday wasn’t exactly eventful either, with all of us just chilling out I guess…

Friday was Rally… A lot of crazy things happened haha. I loved our skit. :P Anyways, here’s the skit.

I did sing at the homecoming game. However, due to the fact that my camera adjusted the shutter rate to be ultra low, all my photos are super jittery and blurry. I was only around for the first chunk of the game, since football isn’t really my thing.

Some highlights of this week:

Anyways, this is the last of my triple post series today…I’ll post some pictures of the shinto shrine Danny and I are making out of legos tomorrow. :D

Random footnote: Woohoo! Finally linked facebook with my blog.. this is going to be interesting.
