Cucumber sandwiches
I’m sure some people are groaning right now since they know my love of this sandwich.
Yum…. Great for midnight snacks. It’s typically bread, cream cheese, and cucumbers, but since we had a giant bowl of greek style yogurt spread, that’s what I used. Honestly, I prefer the yogurt to teh cream cheese, mostly since it’s less guilt wracking.
Rather than just talk about this sandwich… I think I should eat it now.
